Transport Policies
Availability of Seats
School transport is only an optional facility based on first come first serve basis.
Bus Routes
The bus routes are carefully planned keeping in view the student's comfort and safety. Routes are subject to change depending upon school requirements.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Parents are requested to be punctual while dropping and picking their child at designated bus stops. In case of delay, the student will be brought back to school.
Identity Cards
Students are issued an identity card with bus route number. All students must wear this card compulsorily while travelling.
One-way Transport
For one-way transport, parents need to submit a declaration letter and pay 75% of the total fee. No refund is applicable.
Change of Address
Change of residence must be intimated in writing. Allotment in new route is subject to vacancy.
Discontinuance
A letter along with identity card must be submitted one month in advance (before 28th February) to discontinue transport.
Discipline
Students must maintain discipline while travelling. Misconduct may result in cancellation of bus facility.
Payment
Transport fee is payable in advance. Cash or Card payments accepted during school hours.
Refund Policy
Fee once paid will not be refunded.
Note: The school has a right to modify/alter/relocate/withdraw the routes/stops as required by the regulating agencies from time to time.
